We received the following email from Betsy Burt, local secretary of the Royal Commonwealth Society: Dear RCS Member - ​ Dwight MacAulay, Protocol Officer of the Province, informed us this morning that the RCS flags of the 52 Commonwealth countries were being put up on second floor around the Rotunda, Legislature Building and will remain for public viewing the rest of the week.
